Viking Cave is located at the north eastern side of Ko Phi Phi Leh and many times used as ‘second dive site’ heading back to Tongsai Bay after a trip to the Kledkaeo Wreck of the Bida Islands. It is named after the small caves carved in the cliff by eternal exposure to waves and small portions dropping. While locals use it to harvest bird’s nests attached to the cavern’s ceiling, the former presence of Vikings has yet to be proven…<\/p>\n

On the southern end of the dive site, 2 large pinnacles of artificial reef cubes demonstrate that these type of projects can actually deliver what they set out for and an impressive array of marine life and corals can be found at the site. Heading up north, the coral reef picks up and becomes more interesting as you follow through.<\/p>\n
