Samaesan

The dive site furthest out from the Samaesan pier is truly a rewarding experience with better visibility and several species of fish nowhere to be found at any other Pattaya dive site.

Used by the Thai Navy as a practice target during naval exercises you will find many areas of Hin Chalam with slopes of rubble and broken boulders as well as lots of ordnance, some of it still unexploded – caution is advised.

Currents permitting, you can comfortably dive around Hin Chalam within 50 minutes. A small cave is located on the North-Western side at around 10m depth. A 5m plateau invites for a perfect safety stop at the south-western corner.
