KO SANG
Prachuap Khiri Khan
Ko Sang is one of the islands close to Bangsaphan Noi, thus a frequented site for snorkel tours. Diving around here is very shallow at an average depth of 6m. On the southern area of there island one can witness the successful installation of an artificial reef project with an encouraging result of striving staghorn corals after only 2 years in the water.
Following on a south to north route on the eastern coast of the island, lush gardens of anemones characterise the south eastern corner. Towards the northern end, the terrain becomes more dominated by broken boulders, overhangs and little caves, so it pays to reserve time for this most interesting area of the dive site at the end.
