BIDA NOK – SHALLOW SIDE
Ko Phi Phi
Bida Nok as Ko Phi Phi’s most frequented dive site offers far more than can be covered in a single dive. Diving just the eastern side here is a dive in itself. Unlike the other, deeper side on the West, this ‘shallow side’ offers a gentle sloping reef which leads north and becomes steeper with walls as it progresses.
Like other areas of Bida Nok, the site is being roamed by amazing schools of snappers. A definite highlight is a spot at the end of the dive on the north-eastern side frequently visited by black-tip reef sharks – luck and daytime conditions permitting.
